Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Time

The products you purchase will be shipped the next day at the latest, except for force majeure. After your order is shipped, the Cargo Tracking Number is sent via SMS to your mobile phone number registered in the system by the cargo company. If your cargo cannot be delivered to your address, you will be informed that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch via a note left by the cargo officer at your registered address. You must receive the product from the branch within three days. If you do not receive the product from the cargo branch within three days, your package will be returned to us.

Pickup

When you receive your package, you must check it with the knowledge of the cargo officer during delivery in case it is damaged in cargo. If your product is damaged in shipping, you must have the cargo officer prepare a damage assessment report and return the package to the cargo officer who delivered it to you.

Delivery time

-MNG Cargo

Your orders placed until 12:00 (except force majeure) are delivered to the cargo on the same day. At this point, an SMS will be sent to you and your order will be delivered to you within 3-5 days depending on your region.

-PTT Cargo

Your orders placed until 12:00 (except force majeure) are delivered to the cargo on the same day. At this point, an SMS will be sent to you and your order will be delivered to you within 7-10 days depending on your region.

 

Can I exchange the product?

All you have to do is ask! Products purchased from virtual stores can be exchanged either in our stores or by sending them to our return address. Note: There may be price differences in different colors of the same product due to color changes. In this case, the price difference will be charged/described as gift points to your account. If the exchange is made in the store, the transaction will be based on the current prices in the store where the exchange will be made. Only product exchanges are made within our stores and product fees are not refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order, your fee will be immediately refunded to your maxieclair.com account as points.

Is return shipping free?

All returns you send to our return address via MNG Kargo are free of charge! Shipping costs for returns sent with other cargoes cannot be covered by maxieclair.com.

Can I return my online order in the store?

All your online orders are prepared in our warehouse and sent to you from our warehouse. For this reason, your refund will be processed when the products you requested to return arrive at our warehouse. Within the framework of this entire procedure, your online orders are not refundable in our stores.

How do I return a product purchased online?

We've made this as easy as we can for you. There are only four requirements for refunds:

1) The product must be unused, its label must not be removed and it must not lose its resellability.
2) For a refund on your cash on delivery orders, you can send your bank account number to info@maxieclair.com or send it to the call center or WhatsApp support line.
3) Your return period is 14 business days from the product delivery date.
4) We only accept returns to our address below, products sent to addresses/stores other than this address are not accepted.

After filling out the entire return form sent with your order, you can send it free of charge to our return address below via MNG Kargo. After the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions is confirmed, the total amount is defined as a gift coupon with no time limit to your maxieclair.com account. If you prefer the refund amount as a refund, after sending us your request via e-mail / WhatsApp, cancel your maxieclair.com gift coupon and then it will be refunded to your credit card with which you made the purchase within the framework of your bank's refund conditions. For your cash on delivery orders, your refund will be made on the 15th or 30th of each month, whichever date is closer to your refund, after you send us your bank account number via e-mail / WhatsApp. The refund of your cash on delivery orders will be reflected in your account within 10 business days.

Can I return products I purchased from the store?

Products purchased from our stores can only be returned in three cases:

1) The supply process of products purchased by pre-order has exceeded 14 days,

2) The supply period (same day for same-day delivery, 3 business days for shipments by cargo) has been exceeded for products transferred from another store upon the request of the consumer,

3) When the product you ordered reaches the store, a manufacturing or design defect is detected in the product.

Except for the above-mentioned cases, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the current legislation, refunds are not made on products that have all the expected qualities (without defects) from the products that the consumer sees and purchases from stores, and on products that have damage, loss or defects resulting from usage error.

What are the conditions required to return the product?

In order to be refunded in all these cases, your product must meet the following conditions:

*The product must not have been used, its label has not been removed and it has not lost its resaleability,

*The delivery of the product must not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt,

*Ability to submit a receipt or invoice.

How does the product return process proceed?

After the compliance of the products for which you have requested a return with the return conditions is confirmed by the store, the total amount is defined as Capra points in your account. If you request the refund amount as a refund, the refund payments for the purchases made during the campaign period will be made to your credit card within 1-7 business days, within the framework of your bank's refund conditions and periods, and within 1-10 business days. For purchases made by cash payment, the refund will be reflected in your account within 10 business days at the latest from the date your bank account number is provided to us.

So, can I send the product I want to return as a gift to someone else?

What a lovely gesture, we wholeheartedly support it! All you need to do is send your new delivery address to our call center, WhatsApp support line or via e-mail.

Note: The above-mentioned conditions are only valid for purchases made from our virtual store.
